FAQ Telephone Answering Services

Callers who wish to leave messages for you will be offered your personalised voicemail to leave a message or we will leave a message on their behalf, messages are then sent to you seamlessly by email via our unified messaging system. You can then play the message from your email.

We can allocate to you a unique number, you can then present this number as your new business number or redirect your calls to this number for our Team to answer your calls.

Each of our clients have their own diary management record on our data base, which is screen popped once your unique number is dialled Our Receptionists answer the calls as per your custom call script while taking their name, and company and any relevant information required to transfer the call or to take a message. 

Our answering rate currently is 98.5% within the average ring time of 4 rings. 

All calls are answered in your company name. 

Diverting your calls to us is simple and easy, you will need to decide whether you want:
1. All calls to be diverted
2. All calls to be diverted if your line is busy.
3. All Calls to be diverted after a certain number of rings

Of course. You can choose to use the diverting option only when you want our team to take your calls.

Of course we can provide you a telephone answering service. We will still need to allocate a unique number. You will then have to instruct your existing phone service provider to divert your calls to the new number we have given you.
