In 1980 Founder Richard Nissen started VOffice serviced offices on Piccadilly, London. Derived from working practices experienced whilst working in New York, Richard set out to provide flexible business accommodation and support services to an expanding SME market at a time when Landlord’s demanded a 5 year lease.
In 1992, in a challenging economic climate, he pioneered the “Virtual Office” solution allowing non-resident city professionals to project a central London address and telephone prefix with reliable virtual office support services.
VOffice remains a small family business with an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit; partnered with the experience, knowledge and courage of a strong and customer focused team.
2020 proved to be a pivotal year in changing the way we work. Today, more and more people are working from home. We can help your business appear professional by providing telephone answering and mail handling services.

FOUNDER
Richard is a successful entrepreneur and the founder of VOffice after a stint in New York.
He has many interests and can often be found sculling down the Thames.
Anthony Nissen
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Anthony Nissen is a serial entrepreneur and formed his own boutique corporate advisory house, Nissen & Partners, through which he raises finance for and advises startups. He is passionate about the development of businesses and is proud to be providing a service that will enable them to thrive and grow.
Tina Miller
GENERAL MANAGER
Tina is the General Manager of VOffice and the heartbeat of the office. Her desire to please customers is second to none. Having worked for VOffice for 17 years means she knows every last inch of the buildings and how to operate them so your business can thrive.
Shirley Lewis
ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
When Shirley’s not knitting stunning garments, she is the VOffice accounts administrator. She makes sure suppliers are paid on time so make sure you keep her happy!
Justin Clarke
POSTAL MANAGEMENT
The post at 50 Jermyn St and 180 Piccadilly is managed directly by Justin. His attention to detail is second to none and he is great at sorting out gremlins when they occur.

The voice of VOffice, Emily manages every call with a smile. Her calm and friendly down to earth nature makes her the perfect telephone receptionist.
