We pride ourselves on providing a personal and friendly Office environment for your business to thrive and grow in the heart of London.

In 1980 Founder Richard Nissen started Voffice serviced offices on Piccadilly, London. Derived from working practices experienced whilst working in New York, Richard set out to provide flexible business accommodation and support services to an expanding SME market at a time when Landlord’s demanded a 5 year lease.

In 1992, in a challenging economic climate, he pioneered the “Virtual Office” solution allowing non-resident city professionals to project a central London address and telephone prefix with a selection of reliable support services.

Voffice remains a small family business with an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit; partnered with the experience, knowledge and courage of a strong and customer focused team.

We are still one of the only flexible workspaces in London to have obtained ISO 9001 certification, in order to ensure premium service standards. Voffice continues to improve systems and processes to this high standard.

At Voffice we strive to make your stay in our offices simple, easy and fun. We really do make your workspace our mission. We provide the most comprehensive range of office solutions from a Virtual Office, or Lounge membership for those staff or businesses who don’t require a dedicated office to a fully serviced private office. Our team will support your business development through business support services, quality of service and with the knowledge we have gained from our many years of experience.

  • Richard Nissen

    Founder

    Richard is a successful entrepreneur and the founder of Voffice after a stint in New York.

    He has many interests and can often be found sculling down the Thames.

  • Anthony Nissen

    Managing Director

    Anthony Nissen is a serial entrepreneur. After holding numerous banking posts he formed his own boutique corporate advisory house, Nissen and Partners, through which he raises finance for and advises start up and developing UK companies. He has acted as chairman and a non executive director of a number of private companies in a wide range of activities. First and foremost he passionate about the development of businesses and is proud to be providing a space for them to thrive and grow.

  • Shirley Lewis

    Accounts Administrator

    When Shirley's not knitting stunning garments, she is the Voffice accounts administrator. She makes sure suppliers are paid on time so make sure you keep her happy!

  • Tina Miller

    General Manager - Voffice

    Tina is the General Manager of Voffice and the heartbeat of the office. Her desire to please customers is second to none. Having worked for Voffice for 17 years means she knows every last inch of the buildings and how to operate them so your business can thrive.

  • Sally-Ann White

    Marketing & IT Guru

    Sally has been with Voffice for over 17 years. She is the "go to" person for IT and does all the Voffice marketing. When she's not busy helping clients and marketing the business she is Mum to 3 beautiful children.

    Passionate about making sure clients are happy. Known to bring her homemade gingerbread men to work and making sure everyone has the right cake every Wednesday.

    The post at 50 Jermyn St and 180 Piccadilly is delivered by Justin every morning. He makes sure your post is delivered on time and gets to your ultimate destination. His attention to detail is second to none and is great at sorting out office gremlins when they occur.
